  • Speech Recognition: The audio captured by your microphone is processed by our servers or through your device's native speech-to-text services (like Apple or Google) to convert your speech into text. We do not record raw audio files and do not store them on our servers.
  • Account Management: Your email, username, and password are used solely to secure your account and synchronize your progress across devices.
  • Progress Tracking: We store the text transcripts and scores of your conversations on our servers so you can review your past performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Play Services / Apple: For native speech-to-text processing and app delivery.
  • App Stores: If you purchase a premium module or subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google Play. Cello does not collect or store your credit card information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your account passwords are encrypted, and all communication between the app and our servers is secured.
